Her Story — Tiffany Denae

Tiffany Denae Williams is a Dallas-based, self-taught figurative realism artist working primarily in oil and charcoal. Since beginning her practice in 2013, she has used portraiture and figurative imagery to explore memory, identity, spirituality, family, and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves.

Rooted in introspection and nostalgia, her work often draws from personal histories while examining the narratives we inherit, carry, question, and ultimately choose for ourselves. Williams has exhibited throughout Texas and beyond, with work shown at Artspace111, 500X Gallery, the Latino Cultural Center, South Dallas Cultural Center, and other galleries and cultural spaces.
